VITEEE 2020 Latest Update – The entrance exam to the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering, commonly known as VITEEE, is organized for all candidates who wish to pursue a career in the field of engineering. VITEEE is a national entrance engineering exam to be taken by VIT University. This institute offers admission to 20 different B.Tech programs on the VIT campuses located in Vellore, Amravati, Chennai and Bhopal. The VITEEE 2020 exam will take place temporarily from the first week to the third week of April 2020. The authority will provisionally publish the VITEEE 2020 application form the first week of November 2019. The registration process for VITEEE 2020 will be available at both offline and online. Admission is entirely based on the performance of the exam candidates.

VITEEE 2020 Eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria have certain parameters that every candidate has to full fill in order to participate in the exam. We are providing you basic eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2020 exam below:
Candidate should have been born or after 1 July 1998.
The candidates should be Resident/Non-Resident Indian National. PIO and OCI holders will also be eligible for the VITEEE examination.
Required marks for the VITEEE 2020 exam at least an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying exam for unreserved category candidates and 50% for reserved categories.
The candidates from the National Institute of Open Learning (NIOS) can apply for the entrance exam.
The candidate with any General Certificate Education(GCE) from Cambridge/London/ Sri Lanka with an Advanced ‘A’ level.
The candidate who has given any Pre-University Examination or Intermediate through recognized Board or University are also eligible for the exam.
it is important for all the candidates to know the VITEEE 2020 eligibility criteria before filling the application form. If any candidate fails to meet the eligibility criteria would not be allowed to sit for the entrance exam.
VITEEE Application FEE :
The amount for application form has been released and is as follows:

Mode to Pay the Fee:
Online: The online mode of payment are Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, and Paytm
Offline: Fee can be submitted through Demand Draft (DD) in the VIT University admission offices or by paying cash in the designated post offices.
VITEEE 2020 Syllabus
The VITEEE program published by the official authority with the information brochure. The VITEEE program is the most important thing every candidate needs to know before starting preparation. The VITEEE examination program corresponds to the State Council for upper secondary education and the CBSE program prescribed for grades 11 and 12. The program includes subjects in physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and English.
VITEEE Exam Pattern 2020
Along with knowledge of syllabus getting familiar with Exam pattern will also help you to make your preparation way easy. With the help of exam pattern, you will get a basic idea about the types of questions expected to appear in the exam,
- The Duration of the exam is 2 hours 20 min.
- It is a computer-based test and language mode of the question paper in English.
- The paper is divided into 4 parts, physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English.
- The total number of Question is 125 and its a 125 marks question paper.
- Each part will consist of 40 multiple choice questions except English which will have 5 questions.
- For each correct answer, you will get 1 mark and the good news is there is no negative marking.
