The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has started the online registration for the counseling of COMEDK 2017. The registration will begin on June 20, 2017. The candidates can only apply online for The COMEDK Counseling 2017. For now, only the dates for the Counseling Round 1 have been announced. Here we are breaking down the counselling process in easy steps for you.

Step 1: Document submission and verification at counselling centre:
Do not forget to carry the draft request to pay the fees / original documents and attested photocopies along with you. You must fully cooperate with the officials for any irregularity in the documents
Step 2: Fee Remittance
Post all the formalities, the final step is to pay the fees for securing admission into the desired course. At this stage, Submit all documents, xerox of the documents and the Demand Draft drawn for Rs. 55,000/- in favor of COMEDK at any Nationalised Bank. Do not forget to ask for the bank receipt after paying the amount.
Step 3: Registration for Counselling:
To participate in the COMEDK 2017 counselling counselling candidate will Undergo Biometric, Signature, and Photo verification for registration.
After the formalities you will be issued a Registration slip which you must keep safely.
Next step is to submit the already furnished Demand Draft and selecting desired course/college. You will get only 3 options from the given list.
The admission is subject to the seat availability in that college and your rank.
Step 4: COMEDK UGET 2017 Seat Allotment
There will be 2 rounds and a special round of counselling. Notification will be released informing the schedule depending on the rank obtained in COMEDK UGET 2017
Priority will be given to higher ranked Candidates. Number of seats available for a course/college will be informed constantly so that candidates can decide from the remaining seats and colleges.
Documents to Carry on the COMEDK 2017 Counselling
i) Seat allotment Letter issued by COMEDK
ii) All the Original documents and xerox
iii) Transfer certificate issued by last attended Institution
iv) Migration Certificate
v) COMEDK UGET Online Application Form
vi) Valid Photo ID Proof
vii) Parent / Guardian accompanying the candidate must also carry a valid Identity Proof such as Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, PAN card, and Aadhar Card.
viii) COMEDK UGET – 2017 Admit Card

x) 10th mark sheet/School Leaving Certificate for proof of Date of Birth.
xi) 12th class marksheet
xii) Caste Certificate for candidates belonging to SC/ST
xiii) OBC Category Certificate issued by a Tahsildar or Higher Revenue Jurisdictional Authority
xiv) Residents of Hyderabad, Karnataka Region must produce a certificate issued by the Jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner certifying the Hyderabad – Karnataka Region status.
