छत्तीसगढ़ निजी व्यवसायिक संस्था (प्रवेश का विनियमन एवं शुल्क का निर्धारण) अधिनियम 2008 में निहित निर्देशों के पालन में निजी छेत्र के पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थाओं में संचालित डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रमों के द्वितीय वर्ष (तृतीय सेमस्टर) में सत्र 2017 – 2018 में प्रवेश अर्हकारी परीक्षा के प्राप्तांकों के मेरिट के आधार पर होंगे। इसके लिए सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा की आवश्यकता नहीं रहेगी। अर्हकारी परीक्षा के आधार पर विभिन्न संस्थाओं में प्रवेश की कार्यवाही काउंसलिंग / ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के माध्यम से किये जायेंगे इस हेतु निम्नानुसार नियम बनाए जाते हैं। इन्ही नियमों के आधार पर शासकीय पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थाओं में भी प्रवेश होंगे।
