University Odisha State (OSOU) Sambalpur issued an online notification of admission to various study programs for the 2017-18 session. The entire admission process is online. Applicants who pass the eligibility criteria before application is recommended. Details and application form, eligibility criteria and relaxation of age are given on this page.

Open University of Odisha State (OSOU) Admission 2017

The University will offer several university programs as PG courses, and certificate for current session degree. Applicants applying for admission to the following courses must complete the application form in accordance with the schedule outlined below.

Application Form

The last date for applications, complete in all respects for admission to different courses have been defined according to the above schedule. Before completing the application form, please read carefully and consider the eligibility of the course in which you are seeking admission. Incomplete information on a point or form without fees and documents required will not be considered for admission.

Note – candidates are required to charge passport size photograph, scanned copy of eligibility certificates and signature.

Photo [size format JPG 300 × 360 px]
Signature [format size JPG 200 × 40 px]
Certificates of studies Habilitation [in JPG or PDF 300 KB each smaller]
Certificate category if applicable (for ST / SC / OBC not creamy) [JPG or PDF Size 300KB below]
PwD (disabled person) certificate if applicable [in JPG or PDF format with 300 KB smaller]
After the final presentation take your form impression with the “print request form” option for your refernce.
No need to send the hard copy of the OSOU application form.

How to apply?

The applicant is informed for the first time that you click on the “new record” button and fill in the required data file.
As all communications will be sent to your email account and mobile phone number, therefore, your phone number and current e-mail identification.
Log in with your registered username and password
To keep a proof of registration, click on “Download Registration Receipt”
To start the application process, click “Continue Apply”
Fill out details such as personal details, studies and general information.
Pay the admission fee and take the impression of the completed application.
Admission fee

Entry fees can be paid online or via NEFT / RTGS.
Payment via the online payment gateway can be done at the “Payment Information” step of the online application form.
If the applicant wants to pay through NEFT / RTGS, generate your account number and pay the required fee to any bank account number only.
The account number can be generated by clicking on the “Get account number for NEFT / RTGS” section in the IMPORTANT links section of the user’s home page.

Eligibility criteria

Program Graduate Diploma – The candidate must have a complete training +3.
Diploma Program – The candidate must have 2 complete education.
Certificate Program – Candidate must have 2 complete education However, for ANM is required geriatric care / BNM / BHMS / BAMS / D.Pharma.

Age Limit – Applicants please note that for admission to any program there is no age limit.
