Eligibility criteria

For UG courses

Academic qualifications

Candidates who have passed secondary school (HS) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Agriculture / Horticulture or Professional Agriculture / Horticulture with the previous combination and with the option to obtain at least 60% and OBC candidates and 50 % Of total SC / ST and PWD score (people with disabilities)
Applicants for vocational training must obtain at least 60% of the qualifications of all subjects in H.S. Level test.
Age: Candidates must be 16 years of age or older on 06/01/2017.

For PG Courses

Candidates who have passed the diploma examination in agriculture, horticulture or forestry from a recognized university with a minimum of BBDR 6.5 on the 10-point scale and at least 60% points on the top or equivalent examination may apply for the admission examination . The BBDR minimum and SC / ST / PWD candidate score are 6.00 and 50%, respectively. Candidates who have passed the baccalaureate with at least 60% of the qualifications may also apply (50% for SC / ST / PWD) under the traditional system. There will be a relaxation at court up to 10% subject to the minimum eligibility requirement. However, the applicant must obtain scores on the college entrance examination specified.
Applicants who intend to apply for more than one module as indicated in the Admission Examination Guide must submit separate application forms. The final admission will be made only on the basis of merit, depending on the position on the merit list. Qualified for more than one candidate can express their choice during the consultation session at the time of admission.
Age: The minimum age for admission to the M.Sc course is 21 years 31.12.2017
