This highly recognized co-educational private university offers courses in engineering such as B.Tech and integrated B.Tech+M.Tech course and to accomplish the enrollment, GU conducts Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination(GEEE) every year for enrollment in mentioned courses

The entrance exam will be conducted in the second week of June, 2018 and to appear for the exam you must apply online before the last date of registration. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the process of counselling in which seats will be allotted as per the order of merit.

The online application process will kick-off in the first week of January, 2018 as per the past trend and applications can be filled online till the first week of June, 2018. Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must have passed 10+2 examination with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.
Students of final year who are awaiting the result of qualifying exam shall also apply.
Application Fee

Back in 2017, candidates had to pay Rs.500/- only and payment could only be made through online mode. There might be changes in the fee structure of the application fee therefore it is your responsibility to keep a check on official information and besides that we will also keep posting the updates to our readers.

How to Apply

1. Registration

Visit the official website www.gee.in, on home page scroll down and click on Application Form. Next, in the application form section, select the option ‘Apply Now’ to register for the online application.

Go through the instructions before marking the disclaimer box. Enter your personal email-ID and active mobile number while you are registering yourself and the same must remain active during the whole recruitment process as all the updates will be sent through mail and SMS.

2. Login with Email-ID/ Application Number and Date of Birth

Enter your Application number/ Email-ID and Date of Birth to log into the application form. After successful registration, you must carefully fill in the application form details.

3. Details to be filled in the Application Form

Enter Basic details:- Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Blood Group, Contact Information(Mobile number or Landline), Email-ID, Guardian’s Information(Mother’s name, Father’s name, income etc.), Address(City, district, State, Pincode)
Enter Educational Details:- Name of school and college, passing year of Class X, XII, graduation, rank/ percentile/ score, etc.
Payment of Application Fee

Last year, aspirants had to pay Rs.500/- for the application fee and there was no other mode of payment apart from online mode. They could pay through Credit card/ Debit Card/ Netbanking and after successful transaction, system generated a registration slip whose printout must be taken for future reference.

Admit Card of GEEE 2018

Admit card will be available on the official website www.geee.in and registered aspirants can download the admit card by entering Application Number and Date of Birth one week prior to the date of examination. It is compulsory to carry the admit card to the examination centre or else you won’t be permitted to sit in the examination hall.

Exam Pattern

As per the past trend, the paper will be composed of three sections Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, each section carrying 30 marks and there won’t be any negative marking.

You will be provided 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the exam.

You can view your result on official website www.geee.com by filling in the Application number/ Enquiry ID and save the result for future use. Qualified students will proceed for the counselling process in which he/ she can select the course of his/ her choice and based on order of merit, seats shall be allotted.

Counselling Process

The process of counselling takes place after the announcement of result and aspirants who qualifies in the entrance exam can appear for the counselling. During the process, they can select the course they want to study and based on their ranks, seat shall be allotted to them.
